The manager of “Ovdan” Spa in “Shahdag Hotel&Spa”, Ivan Nikolov is one of masters, practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. He practices for more than 5 years, improving by time the movements and proper breathing.
In general, people, who practicing yoga have more flexible spine and joints, harder muscles, the work of their heart, vessels, and especially capillaries become more balanced.
